The likeness promise
If the print does not look like your animal, we repaint it free: email operations@dsio.io within 30 days of delivery with your order id, a photo of the print and the original photo, and we will paint a new version in the same or a different style and reprint it at no charge. If the second attempt still isn't right, we refund you in full.
Damage and defects
If a print arrives damaged, bent, misprinted or with a defect, send a photo within 14 days and we will reprint it free or refund it — your choice.
Change of mind
Because every portrait is made for your order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Use the free preview to be sure before you buy, and paint as many versions as you need first.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original card within 5–10 business days of approval.
